What is Nanoplasty?
A heat-activated smoothing service built on amino acids and organic acids — not a traditional keratin coating.
Works inside the fibre
Low-molecular-weight amino acids penetrate the hair, then heat from the iron locks in a smoother alignment. Less surface build-up than keratin, and a softer, more natural fall.
Smoothing, not straightening
It doesn't break the disulphide bonds, so curl isn't permanently removed. The grow-out line stays soft — which is exactly why clients rebook every three to six months.
Suits most hair
Frizzy, coarse, curly, Afro-textured, blonde and previously chemically-serviced hair. Three formulas so you match the product to the fibre instead of forcing one across every head.

With tone protectionThe same smoothing technology plus blue-violet pigments that minimise unwanted yellow tones through the service. No separate toning step.

Every service starts with Anti Residue Shampoo 1L — it removes the build-up that blocks absorption. Trial sizes available in 100ml.
The six-step protocol
Almost every poor result traces back to a shortcut in one of these steps.
Step 1
Cleanse & Prepare
Wash thoroughly with Anti Residue Shampoo to strip build-up, oils and impurities.
Step 2
Dry Completely
Blow dry to 100% dry. Any residual moisture dilutes the product.
Step 3
Apply the Treatment
Section and apply evenly, roughly 1cm from the scalp through mid-lengths and ends.
Step 4
Process 60–90 Minutes
Timing depends on hair type, condition and porosity.
Step 5
Rinse
Water only — no shampoo.
Step 6
Blow Dry & Flat Iron
Fine sections, 10–15 passes each, 180–230°C depending on condition.

How long do results last?
Typically 3–6 months. Repeat every 3–6 months as required.
How long does the service take?
Approximately 2.5–4 hours depending on hair length and density.
How many services per 1L bottle?
Approximately 7–12, using 70–100ml per application depending on hair length, thickness and density.
Will it make hair completely straight?
Not always. It's a smoothing service — results vary with hair type, curl pattern and application. Curl isn't permanently removed and returns as new hair grows.
Can it be used on bleached or coloured hair?
Yes, provided the hair is in suitable condition. Allow 7–14 days between colouring and the smoothing service.
Is it formaldehyde free?
Prohall states its Nanoplasty treatments are formaldehyde free. We supply the current Safety Data Sheet with every professional order.
What should clients use at home?
