Shipping Policy
Free Delivery on Orders Over $300
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
During periods of high order volume, dispatch and delivery may be delayed. If your order is expected to experience a significant delay, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Furniture and Bulky Items
Salon furniture and other large or bulky items require additional handling and care. Additional delivery fees may apply to these items.
You may also arrange your own transport or place your order online and collect it from our store.
