RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Thanks for purchasing our products from Costaline Hair and Beauty Supplies.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, unopened and unused. Before returning the item please contact our customer support team first or call 1300 565 001.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
If your item is approved for a refund you will only be refunded the amount of the item not the delivery fee.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
and safety/hygiene reasons some items such as:
- Hair extensions
- Facial products
- Hair oxidants & bleaching products
- Disposable items
- Nail implements
- Scissors and Thinners
- Hair Brushes
- Hair Accessories
- Makeup and skin accessories
- Piercing Jewellery
will not be accepted as returns.
If an electrical item you have purchased becomes faulty during its warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with the relevant information for the Manufacturer who handle all warranty issues. For warranty time frames please refer to the manufacture’s instructions booklet. Warranty periods commence from the date of purchase.
DAMGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We pick, pack and ship your orders with extra love and care but unfortunately when they are in transit with our carriers it’s out of our control. If any items arrive damaged, broken or have leaked please contact our customer support team immediately or ring 1300 565 001.
