Returns and Refunds

Thanks for purchasing products from Costaline Hair & Beauty Supplies.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, products must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any items, or call 1300 565 001.

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Returns received after 14 days or products that have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Electrical Warranties

If an electrical product becomes faulty during its warranty period, please contact us immediately.

We will provide the relevant manufacturer's warranty information. Warranty periods commence from the original purchase date.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We pack every order with great care. However, if your order arrives damaged, broken or leaking, please contact our customer support team immediately or call 1300 565 001.
