Oh My Blonde pH Modulator. A pH modulator that holds back the lightening of natural melanin and settles the effect of oxidation dyes. A few drops is all it takes to bring down the alkalinity of a toning cream, so the toner does the toning without lifting the client's natural hair. 100ml.
