Oh My Blonde Silky Blonde. Decolorizing cream for stressed hair, lifting up to 6 levels, with &-plex Bond Repair. The creamy compact texture grips the hair and does not swell, so it is easy to mix and apply with any technique including on scalp work and total decolouring. The choice when the hair will not take a powder. 500g tube. Usage Instructions: In a non metal bowl mix 1 part Silky Blonde with 2 parts peroxide at 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume. Apply to dry hair. Leave 20 to 40 minutes. Do not use a heat source. Rinse thoroughly, apply Blonde Sealer, then wash with a suitable shampoo. Tone if needed, then shampoo and condition.
