Oh My Blonde Iconic Blonde 9+. Extra performance decolorizing powder that lifts up to 9 levels, with the exclusive &-plex Bond Repair worked through the formula to protect the fibre during the lift and clear yellow residue. Compact and micro granular, so it does not swell and it is easy to mix and apply. This is the one for foil and thermal strip work, and for taking a medium to dark base further than a standard bleach will go. 500g resealable pouch, 70% less plastic than a jar. Usage Instructions: In a non metal bowl mix 1 part Iconic Blonde 9+ with 2 parts peroxide at 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume. Apply to dry hair. Leave 20 to 40 minutes, up to 50 minutes in foils. Do not use a heat source. Rinse thoroughly, apply Blonde Sealer, then wash with a suitable shampoo. Tone if needed, then shampoo and condition.
