Oh My Blonde Blonde Sealer. Acidifying pH rebalancing milk for use after every lightening service, with &-plex Bond Repair. It brings the pH of scalp and hair back down after the alkaline stage, stabilises the hair structure and builds new bonds between the fibres, which is what brings the shine back and leaves the hair ready to take a toner. Used after a toner it stabilises the pigment. 500ml pump bottle. Usage Instructions: After rinsing the lightening mix out thoroughly with warm water, apply 10 to 15ml of Blonde Sealer and leave for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing again. Follow with the most suitable shampoo and conditioner.
