Oh My Blonde Blonde Toner Diamond. Ammonia free toning cream for bleached hair with &-plex Bond Repair. Neutralising tone. Cancels yellow and pale yellow melanin residue, and it is the one to reach for when the client wants an ice blonde. The five toners mix with each other, so a small kit covers a lot of ground. 60ml tube. Usage Instructions: In a non metal bowl mix 1 part Blonde Toner with 2 parts 10 volume peroxide. Apply to damp hair after shampooing and leave 10 to 20 minutes with no heat, checking as it develops. For a more intense result apply to dry hair. Rinse thoroughly, apply Blonde Sealer, then shampoo and condition. The tone fades gradually with washing. Result depends on the level of lift reached and the condition of the hair.
