Oh My Blonde DelyBlonde. Ammonia free decolorizing powder that lifts 6 to 7 levels, with &-plex Bond Repair. The comfortable option for natural or already coloured hair and for clients who react to ammonia, without giving up control. Compact micro granular powder that does not swell and mixes smooth. 500g resealable pouch, 70% less plastic than a jar. Usage Instructions: In a non metal bowl mix 1 part DelyBlonde with 2 parts peroxide at 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume. Apply to dry hair. Leave 20 to 40 minutes. Do not use a heat source. Rinse thoroughly, apply Blonde Sealer, then wash with a suitable shampoo. Tone if needed, then shampoo and condition.
